Hi, is it really important to have all packages at interview as in K-1, London interview, AOS.

the reason I ask is some of my copy paperwork is missing and I would need to recopy some things

and if I already have a copy why get another if you see what I mean

Do you mean - will the interviewer take copies of those old files from you and you won't have a set?

Our guy didn't. He took copies of new 'proof of relationship' and he looked at our wedding album.

I don't think I've ever read of the I485 interviewer taking copies of previously filed paperwork......

At my interview, she needed a doc from our K-1 packet as it wasn't in there. She also needed a copy of our marriage certificate. Luckily I had copies of both of those. The only thing I didn't have that she needed was proof that our PO Box is registered to us and has our current home address.
