aos payment n ds-3032

hello my friends i mailed our aos payment withe invoice barcode cover sheet to nvc payment center in Mo it arrived today n was signed for how will i know its been n will show its paid?and what will happen next in what length of time please? also the ds-3032's arrived n were signed for at the visa center in new hampshire today also,when will i know when theve been accepted and then what happens next? please any info or any help with any of this information is very very much appreciated!!!!! godbless you all

You mailed the AOS payment? It is much easier to track AOS payment if you used the payment portal online. It usually processes within a few days to a week. Since you also mailed the DS-3032, it could take a few weeks (when emailed, it still takes 1-2 weeks to get accepted, I am unsure how long it takes exactly when mailed). You will know when they've been accepted by email (if you gave them your email) or on payment portal when IV bill is invoiced. If you have not given them your email, you can keep calling NVC to see if they have accepted your payment/DS-3032. Getting the hard-copy mail of acceptance and further instructions can take weeks to months to receive from NVC (they are very slow with mail). It is suggested to go with using email for all of these (much faster, simpler and quicker).
