Vika picked up her visa recently. This is going on during the Euromaidan protests. But what they do is add an extra page into your passport allowing you safe passage into America. Will update soon

Now I am checking plane fares. All about $ 900 and up. Hoping that with the Christmas travel season over, I can get a good ticket for her. My understanding is that she cannot travel through Europe to get America. I can fly out through Wizz Air to Luton Airport from Kiev for $ 150. Luton has no transatlantic service and cabbie servce is north of $ 150 to Heathrow. Travel agent I am not.
