So i just wanted to confirm i am not missing anything but I know i should wait about two weeks to call NVC for an update to get case number. I cant remember about the DHL tracking part and do i send all the financial paperwork to the embassy after they receive my case. I know that Brazil does the beneficiary process all online now because of their expedited visa processing. Please let me know if i am missing anything thanks.

within about two weeks your packet will be at Rio office. You can call NVC and they will tell you your packet has been sent. Then you can send an email to the Rio office and they will inform you of an interview date. We waited a several weeks and when we got anxious I sent the email to Rio and they responded immediately with an interview date. You will not send anything to Rio. You will bring everything to the Rio office on the day of your interview. Rio will send an email that informs you of your interview date and in the email is the list of things to bring to the interview. It does take a about a month to get everything ready...certified police certificates from state and federal police, medical examinations, etc.
