Good point. After all, how can one know with any degree of certainty that an accusation is false until after one has made the accusation and thereby afforded the alleged evildoer the opportunity to defend him or herself?

Without the accusation, all one has is idle conjecture and there is little else more damaging to the integrity of a forum such as this.
