I posted this in the K1 board and not many responses...hoping someone here can help me in the regional board.

I am awaiting NOA2 for my fiance and soon to be stepdaughter.

I know my income is well over the 125% poverty level guideline for a family of 4 (I have a daughter).

I have 2 jobs that the pay fluctuates depending on the hours worked at each job, but roughly I make approximately $2800.00 a month between the two jobs. How would I show that in the i-134? Do I just list my full time job and the annual salary of both jobs and have both employer letters available?

I am aware I would need a i-134 for each of my beneficiaries, so can I list one job on each form?

Do i do a supplement sheet to show I work at two different jobs?

both jobs are the same field, but it's two different businesses.

Im also confused on which form I fill out for both of them and which forms I fill out for each of them.

The more I look at these forms the more they all look the same to me :(

hello,

it is all based on your tax return but you can submit letters from both jobs showing how you make this money. if you put one on the affidavite of support put theone you make the most at. also include your tax return as well for 3 yrs if possible. if you know you are above the poverty level for family of 4, you should not have a problem.

good luck!

also from what the i134 says you put her info first and the section underneath that it says " any children accompaning her or will follow her", that is where you put her childs name and info.

as long as you submitted the g325 for her and one for her child that is all. NVC wont ask for that. NVC stage you will pay the DOS fee and visa app fee and any original documents they will need.

i submitted, tax papers for 3 yrs, all original birth certs, marriage papers, our divorce papers from our last marriages, letters from both of my jobs.

good luck!

I didn't submit a g325a for my stepdaughter. She's 7 years old. Did I need to have one for her? I had turned one in for me and then one for the main k-1 beneficiary which is my fiancé.

i didnt submit one for my stepdaughter. if after my husband comes and he wants to petition for her then we have to fill one out for her but on the i134 it shows she will come with her, yes?
