One thing I have learned on this journey:

There is no such thing as an "overkill" evidence package. Submit anything and everything you can. Who knows what will prevent you from getting an RFE.

Finally, congratulations!

Don't worry, there should be your full name printed on your green card. My approval letter was the same, just first initial and last name and my card has my full name on it.

Received my card today. Approved on 12/11, It was shipped on 12/16 and today is 12/21 i got it, thus this will give you guys a point of reference from the moment you get approved to receiving the card.

Unless, somebody else ask me something on this thread, this is my last post on this topic. I will be following the December Naturalization group. Citizenship is the next step for me.

Thank you to everybody for the encouraging words, and all the time and effort people put into this.

Hello,

Yes, I received an email with notification of shipment, basically they gave me a USPS priority mail tracking number. Priority mail takes about 3 days, but in my case it took 5 days to from ship date to receiving date. Hope this help.

Hello,

Yes, I received an email with notification of shipment, basically they gave me a USPS priority mail tracking number. Priority mail takes about 3 days, but in my case it took 5 days to from ship date to receiving date. Hope this help.

This is it guys!!! I finally got my 10-yr card today :) So glad to see the expiration date is now 10 years and not 2 haha. I rec'd the notice on Monday and it took about 3 days to get here, plus Xmas in between...so, not bad!

I'll stick around a bit longer to help out others but there will be less of me here and I'm not planning on applying naturalization any time soon. I need a break from USCIS and not in a hurry to become a USC so I wish you all who will be embarking on that new journey soon the best of luck :)

I also received email this morning at 1am that my card is mailed on 12.30 but no tracking. Did u received any email with tracking number.

You have to actually go into the case status web page USCIS and entered you case number there, once you open the notification, the actual tracking number will be there. For some reason, they do not send the tracking number with the email

Got my card on 12/21 also! Apparently, I forgot to put my name on the list though, lol.

However, I got RFE for the bank information and basically sent them all our bank statements since we got married. I don't see what extra value or information they really gave them, but at least I got my green card!

I did not receive a tracking number although I can't remember if I even checked online for it. But my card arrived about 2 days after I received the email (3 days since the date stamp on when the card was actually sent out).
