Congratulations! Updating list. By the way, if you intend to apply for citizenship at the 3 year mark based on your marriage to a USC, it is a good idea to keep collecting evidence of an ongoing marriage, as you will have to prove you are still married to your spouse (but my understanding is that this process is not as rigorous or strict as ROC - the worst part is over!!)

That is correct, however the NOA1 and the biometrics appointment letter are in most cases received within a month of filing I-751. So it's safe to assume that the vast majority of people will get thei

Just letting you all know that I won't be able to help with updating the lists from tomorrow afternoon onwards, as I'll be traveling to my home country and will be staying there for a little over a month smile.png Vacation time kicking.gif

It seems hard but it isn't - just scroll up the page, find the latest version of the list, and at the bottom of both lists there's instructions on how to update the list with new info.

Two things to remember:

1) always update the latest version of the list to avoid losing previous data, and

2) with every new approval, remember to also update the number of approvals and the % percentage at the top of the respective list (CSC or VSC)

Other people know how to do it too, so I'm sure they'll step in to help as well.

Congrats on all aprovals! Still waiting here :( (kinda sucks when you see those who filed after you approved before you, to be honest but oh well).

Congratulations! Updating list. By the way, if you intend to apply for citizenship at the 3 year mark based on your marriage to a USC, it is a good idea to keep collecting evidence of an ongoing marriage, as you will have to prove you are still married to your spouse (but my understanding is that this process is not as rigorous or strict as ROC - the worst part is over!!)

Actually, only tax transcripts of joint filing for the last 3 years are required when filing based on 3 year rule.

12/10/13 - APPROVED!!! (letter rec'd 12/14/13)

12/16/13 - 2nd Service request response rec'd

12/17/13 - Card production email/text rec'd (online case updated)!

12/24/13 - Notification rec'd via email regarding card mailed on 12/23/13 (online case updated as well)

12/26/13 - 10-yr card rec'd!

One thing I have learned on this journey:

There is no such thing as an "overkill" evidence package. Submit anything and everything you can. Who knows what will prevent you from getting an RFE.

hey guys i dont know if you still remember me but i was watching this thread from april since i am an april roc filer lol but i definitely remember some of you from i485 filing 2 years ago!! just wanna share my timeline.

april 4, 2013: i sent out my packet via overnight

apr. 8, 2013: noa1 date

may 8, 2013: biometrics appt.

aug. 14, 2013: card production ordered via email and txt messaging

im just so happy!!!!! wasnt expecting it would be this quick but im not complaining. my 3rd wedding anniv was jul. 11. So that means i have window open to file for usc??? i might try by december. but im so happy right now:)

i always look at this site to see progress and lessen my anxiety esp during the i485 couple of years ago. :)

Jul. 2010 - got married

Aug. 13 [i think? xD] - I-130 sent

Nov. 27 - I-130 approved! [we didn't receive NOA2 which gave us headache whether to advance to filing AOS..but we did..so..]

Jan. 24 - I485 and I765 apps sent out [DAY 00]

Jan. 27 - Received Date [DAY 03]

Feb. 01 - Notice Date NOA1 for both I485 and I765 [DAY 08]

Feb. 14 - NOA2 for Biometrics Appt. for March 2. [DAY 21]

Mar. 02 - Biometrics Appt. Done. [DAY 37]

Mar. 29 - EAD Card Production Email Notice and Online Case Status [DAY 64]

Apr. 01 - EAD Card Production Email Notice - AGAIN -_____- [DAY 67]

Apr. 04 - EAD Approval Email Notice [DAY 70]

Apr. 06 - EAC card received in the mail!!! :D [DAY 72]

Apr. 07 - Applied for SSN ^_^ [DAY 73]

Apr. 11 - Got my SSN (just the number..the card will be next week or so :) )[DAY 77]

May 12 - Received my Interview letter dated in June 15th (a day after my 24th bday aklsjdalkdjkasl!~!!!!!!!) [DAY 107]

June 15 - INITIAL INTERVIEW - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! Card Production Ordered! :) [DAY 141]

June 20 - Welcome Letter Received! [DAY 146]

June 23 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED!!! [DAY 149]

Jun 13, 2014 - sent N400

Jun 19, 2014 - check cashed

Jul 15, 2014 - received notice that my application is being reviewed

October (cannot remember the date) - Placed in line for interview

December 8, 2014 - Interview date (passed)

December 12, 2014 - Oath!
