We got our approval letter yesterday! He was approved on 8/6 and the update online says his card is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow! HOORAY!

That is correct, however the NOA1 and the biometrics appointment letter are in most cases received within a month of filing I-751. So it's safe to assume that the vast majority of people will get thei

no idea if my wife has been approved yet..but Ill let ya know once I check the mail. She cant find the biometrics letter either so online is a no-go...oh well it looks as if many people are getting approved already so maybe today is the lucky day for her.

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

Sorry to hear she can't check her status online. Even so, the approval letter should come in the mail within 3-5 days of the original approval date, so you will find out soon enough once there is an decision. Hopefully you get to hear from them soon!

Also, they don't necessarily process petitions in strict chronological order. I was the first one to be approved from the April batch and I was an early April filer. The second approval though came for a late April filer 2 business days later, so you never know exactly when yours could be. Based on the list and approval timelines though, it looks like your wife should be hearing soon. Good luck! smile.png

got a bs RFE....I included everything they asked for and have no idea what more they want. This ####### from USCIS just doesn't end....I kind of expected this to happen after all that my wife and I have gone through with USCIS.

Here is what I got for the rfe...very generic letter that describes everything that we submitted, besides the complete bank statements and full tax return. I didn't see any reason why they would need to know what my wife and I were purchasing so I included the first page rather than full statements.

Enclosed please find a joint I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding my wife ***. Please also find a list of previous addresses and a check for $590, the fee for this form. My wife entered the US on a CR-1 visa on *****. We are happily married and living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife ****.

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

  • Copy of the CR-1 green card of *****.
  • Copies of our 2011 and 2012 joint US tax returns and their accompanying W2 forms.
  • Copy of our joint lease agreement.
  • Copy of CalPERS beneficiary designation.
  • Copy of completed enrollment form for Group Basic Life insurance, designating **** as the primary beneficiary.
  • Copy of Health Insurance enrollment form, showing *** enrolled as my spouse, entitling her to full medical benefits.
  • Copies of various bank statements from the date I added my wife to our Checking/Savings account to the present day, showing shared address and joint account over the course of our marriage.

It seems that they want all the bank statements from 2011 to 2013. Just print them all, also credit card statements with your wife as authorize user and if your wife have credit cards send that too.

Do some letters from friends, lease or mortgage agreement, just send them what they want and you will get approve.

July 29, 2013 - ROC approval letter received in the mail

July 31, 2013 - 10 year green card received in the mail!!!
