On Aug 05 I got an email:

On August 5, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I got another email email on Aug 06 it says:

On August 6, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I am not sure why did they send same update second day with changed card production date.

I'm not worried too much about it. Just curious if anyone experienced the same.

Yeah, nothing to worry about. Probably a silly USCIS system glitch. It's possible that someone manually updated your online file on the 6th and that's what generated the second update. I too got two identical texts/emails on the day of my approval, a couple hours apart. They both mentioned the same approval date though. Anyway, you will probably get your new card soon, so nothing to worry about smile.png

Card was suppose to be delivered Monday. The USPS has completely messed up- they have sent it back to who knows where! Even with tracking they can't figure out where it is or where it has gone to...

What a system we have!

I got an email and a text this morning regarding card being mailed today.

On August 8, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Also, I received my approval letter yesterday in mail. The original approval date is 8/2/2013. Updating list with correct date:

Calling tomorrow once i know whats going on. It has gone to MA and back to ME (where I am)... My co-workers wife works where it is so I am going to see if they can help me out :)

Was just settling in to go to bed when my phone went off.

I had my bio on 5/24.

I never got an approval notice but I got TWO emails yesterday (8/8) saying that my card was in production. Vermont Service Centre

3/14/2011 package delivered

4/15/11 received noa1 aos,aed & por

4/23/11 received Biometrics appt for 5/11

4/28/11 successful walk in Biometrics

5/13/11 EAD arrive

5/16/11 APPLY FOR SSN

5/18/11 GOT PRINTOUT OF SSN

5/19/11 GOT MY FL DL WIFE IS SUPER HAPPY SHE DOESNT HAVE TO DRIVE ANYMORE.

06/22/2011 INTERVIEW DATE JUNE 22
