Hello ! I'd like say thanks to everyone who shared their experience in this topic. I was a little bit nervous because I sent my i-751 package on April 22 to VSC (it was delivered on Apr 24) and I got no response so far (check is not cleared and no NOA). It seems everyone who sent their package on the second half of april have to wait two or three weeks for their NOA. I'll keep you updated of any change I'll have in my case.

03/14/11 - Email and Text notification received from USCIS
03/14/11 - Checks cashed by USCIS (got notification from bank on 03/15/11)
03/18/11 - NOA1 received in the mail (all four of them)
03/26/11 - Biometrics received for 04/20 (postmarked 03/23)
04/20/11 - Biometrics done today!
05/09/11 - Got my EAD in the mail today!!!
05/16/11 - Interview letter received for 06/20!!!
06/20/11 - Interview done, APPROVED! 2 year Green Card!

4/27/13 - I-751 Package for ROC mailed

I'm in the exact same situation. I moved to new address right before filing i-751. I put new address in i-751 and listed previous addresses in additional paper as required. Also my check got cashed/cleared on 7th. I sent the whole package on 15th April. Somehow, I also have feeling if they sent NOA1 to my old address. But let's hope we will get something by middle of next week. I have feeling that we should get it today or tomorrow.

hmm so you sent on the 29th cleared yesterday mine was received on 1st maybe mine will get cleared next week too, I don't care so much about when GC arrives, just in dire need of NOA1 for my trip in july. don't want to deal with infopass nonsense

Getting a biometrics letter doesn't mean you've avoided an RFE, right? Everyone gets a biometrics letter before they fully process their case, right? Just wishful thinking.

Did you submit your change of address electronically after you moved to the new address? I also changed address, but did the change of address form online and they sent all the letters to my new address now.

Wow, lots of bio appointments today. Updating skynaut's, gap1's and yanabel's bios.

@gap1: that's right, everyone is required to do the biometrics. From here on things are going to slow down A LOT, and when your case is finally reviewed ( in most cases in 6-8 months from filing) it's then that the adjudicator will decide whether to grant a straight approval or send an RFE.
