Hi all,

I added my information to the list. Package for I-751 was received on April 22nd by the USCIS and my check was just cashed via ACH on 05/08!!!!!

Finally, like everyone here I was wondering what was going on. Just waiting to see if my letter comes now and what date is on the NOA1.

Fixing format. Also, guys please please please remember (it's the 3 time I've said it today): "Date of I-751" refers to the date YOU sent your package to the Service Center and NOT the date when it was delivered. Please modify dates accordingly or let us know the right dates so that we can do it for you. Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Personally I think it doesn't matter when one sent the ROC documents, what matters is when they were received by VSC or CSC. And it is not the NOA1 date printed on it that matters, but but how long it took them to prepare NOAs and to get them. Most of NOA anyway show dates printed just couple of days later than they were received, so what information does that really show? I would rather know when Service Center received ROC documents, and how long it took to get NOA by mail, I think that would be more useful for people coz that what most of us care about anyways. Now I sent it on 16 overnight, my NOA shows issued on 18th but it took me more than 2 weeks to get it. I think those 2 weeks and actual date when I got it matters most.

Also, I agree with the earlier poster about tracking when NOA is received. It kinda freaked me out looking at all the trackers online and noticing everyone getting theirs in a couple of days where as I hadn't received mine in like almost two weeks. So we should track when the NOA is received in addition to when it was generated.

@skynaut and vsnano: whoever created the list (and I've no idea who - this list in this format is repeated for every single month of ROC filing) can explain why they chose to do it this way. I'm just letting people know how it needs to be done based on the list instructions. The "date of receipt" that you refer to is the NOA date which is also on the list, which is the date shown on the NOA letter. I suppose that's why this is done this way. Personally, I don't care either way it is done, as long as we have a rough timeline to be able to track USCIS' progress.

Feb 1, 2011 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

April 2, 2013 - I-751 package mailed to California Service Center

Personally I think it doesn't matter when one sent the ROC documents, what matters is when they were received by VSC or CSC. And it is not the NOA1 date printed on it that matters, but but how long it took them to prepare NOAs and to get them. Most of NOA anyway show dates printed just couple of days later than they were received, so what information does that really show? I would rather know when Service Center received ROC documents, and how long it took to get NOA by mail, I think that would be more useful for people coz that what most of us care about anyways. Now I sent it on 16 overnight, my NOA shows issued on 18th but it took me more than 2 weeks to get it. I think those 2 weeks and actual date when I got it matters most.

Agreed!! That would make it much more easier to compare... more consistent.

For the filing date we need the date your package was sent to CSC, not the date it arrived. Please let us know and one of us will add you to the list. Best of luck!

All right, I sent my package on 4/22 to CSC, check was cashed last night!!!!dancin5hr.gif I know it's been a wait for everybody so I'm really happy and relieved...
