Call them - They are very polite and cordial. I called them last Friday with regarding to not getting my BIO appointment letter after 30 days and they opened a case.

Not at all. If you read the last few pages you'll see that some people received a NOA1 days before the check cleared (such as myself), while others see the check cleared days before getting the NOA1.
