Hello everyone,

Quick quesiton:

The last letter of my name is spelled wrong in the biometric appt letter that I received. My name was spelled correctly on the NOA letter though. So, I am not sure if I need to call them to correct the name or if I should just let them know when I go for the bio appt? I am assuming they can correct the name there. If I have to call any number, could u please provide the number which you guys call?

NOA1 received today (notice date 4/15). Hooray! dancin5hr.gif

Oddly, the NOA1 date is 4/15, but according to post office tracking the CSC signed for it on 4/16. Also, my check hasn't yet cleared! Very strange, but we have it!

Quick question. I went to the USCIS website to set up an account to check the status of my application and on the website when I type my receipt number it says "FORM NUMBER CRI89" Why is it form CRI89 instead of I-751?

Hey yall

Quick question. I went to the USCIS website to set up an account to check the status of my application and on the website when I type my receipt number it says "FORM NUMBER CRI89" Why is it form CRI89 instead of I-751?

For some reason this is how the petition type is displayed on the USCIS website. It is explained on the NOA letter that this is the case, but it doesn't explain why. I wouldn't worry about it. It's like that for everyone. Probably an internal code for USCIS for the type of petition or something.

Hello! Please add my status, too.

Sent I-751 on April 16th, CSC received on April 22nd.

It assures me to know that I'm not an only one who is taking so long to receive NOA1. As of today, I still haven't received NOA1 yet, not to mention my check isn't cashed, either.

Sigh,,, well, hope we all receive it soon... Don't know why it's been taking so long.

Hello everyone,

Quick quesiton:

The last letter of my name is spelled wrong in the biometric appt letter that I received. My name was spelled correctly on the NOA letter though. So, I am not sure if I need to call them to correct the name or if I should just let them know when I go for the bio appt? I am assuming they can correct the name there. If I have to call any number, could u please provide the number which you guys call?
