Please update my info: as I stated previously my application was mailed on the 15th, but received on the 16th.

After sending the package, next update is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter. So, you need to wait for NOA letter wink.png

I am aware of that, thank you very much!

What I was referring to is that my filing date (column "Date of I-751") should be 4/16 and not 4/15.

Everyone: filing date is the date you mailed your application, NOT the date it was delivered. Mailing date typically coincides with the postmarked date.

As such, no corrections are required at this stage.

Just catching up on this thread... funny to be back together again two years after that CSC-TSC-CSC insanity! Hope you're all doing well, and best of luck in this process! Hopefully it will all go more smoothly this time around...

Hola!!! Yeah I was hoping the same, but it sure isn't starting off very smooth! :( Well at least we are all with our loved ones this time.

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

And the same happened to us as well...We moved in August 2012 and filled the on line change of address....They sent us the reminder in February 2013 to our old address! We did get our NOA1 at the new address on April 6, 2013 and just waaaaaiting to get the Bio letter!

Hi Everyone!

I have used this site for a long time, but this is actually my first time to post. I hope I didn't mess with the list...

I have sent my I-751 packet on April 24, 2013 (I sent it my on my birthday!)

USPS delivered it to California Service Center on April 25.

Though my conditional GC will be expired on July 21, I wanted to send my I-751 ASAP.

My husband and I counted 90 days on calendar, and April 24 was 89 days before my GC expiration date.

We are kinda worried that we may have sent it too early...

Has anyone sent I-751 early like us??

Same thing here...it's reassuring to know I'm not the only one.:)

I haven't been able to follow this thread for a few days, but it looks like no one who filed at CSC after April 2nd got their NOA?

I still haven't received anything and our check hasn't cleared...package sent April 12...

Hey Corkstar!

My GC expires on July 22 and we applied on April 27. I think we're within the 90days so we should be okay. And if not, they'll just send it back.

Let's just wait and see. :)

yanabel: that's right. Only sudo and I have received NOA1s and bio appointment letters from CSC and we filed very early in April. It seems like there has been a pause ever since. I don't know what's up with CSC. They used to be super prompt with NOA1s and bio appointment letters.

But it shouldn't be too long now. I think they are supposed to mail these within 30 days, so people will have every right to start bugging them if they don't.
