I am filling out all the forms for the AOS package and I was wondering, who has to sign the application, the Non-US applicant or the US citizen spouse?

I know, the K-1 my now hubby had to sign, but from what I read, I have to sign the I-485, even he is actually the petitioner???

Can someone help me to see clear again, I feel stupid now, but I guess my brain just doesn't want to work right today..lol

Also I was wondering- when I file for AP and the EAD...do I have to get separate money orders or can I pay everything with one?

Thank you very much for every helpful info!!

nane,

The person who wants to adjust status and become an LPR signs the application to adjust status and become an LPR.

There can be a benefit to using a separate check for each application.
