Just want to know how long does a k1 application will it takes??? We receive our noa1 last feb. 25, 2013. Our friend said we should follow up our apllication every now and then so it wont be filed up with other applications and be forgotten... Is that true???

You have about a 6 month or longer wait ahead of you right now. Checking up on it wont do anything right now, they will just keep telling you that you are inside the processing times and there is nothing you can do.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

:time: You can do so by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner, once you hit the drop down select timeline add/edit. From there the website provides you with instructions, this will help you to gauge when your petition should be processed. Also, as a note VSC is currently processing petitions from september, at this rate you still have at least a few months left ahead of you.

I received my NOA1 in November 2012 and have yet to hear anything else!
