Hi everyone,

I filed I-751 on 03/18/2013.

Received the NOA on 03/21/2013.

Received the Biometrics Appt letter on 03/27/2013, with the Appt on 04/18/2013.

Can anyone tell me what will happen the next, after the Biometrics Appt?

I did not receive RFE. Does it mean that I will not be having interview or Immigration might still request an interview?

Thank you very much.

Xin

After bio-metric appt, you need to wait for 6-8 months before getting approval or (may be RFE)

Good luck.

what about interview? Does immigration request every couple must have interview in order to determine a 10 year GC?
