How to Pay Fee $165 after Interview (IR5)

My father interview went good and US Consulate mumbai given paper which say to pay $165 after visa issued. I am not sure which website to use to pay fee and Do I need to get letter given by consulate which has some number to enter while paying fee ?

I am still waiting for passport so it confirmed that visa is issued.

Interview Date : Aril 1st 2013

Visa Approved

Collected Passport : April 4th 2013

Paid $165 : April 4th 2013

When you get your father's passeport stamped then you will need to go to this website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=3a2bb75e8109b310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

after that Click on Pay your USCIS Immigrant Fee online.

You will need a case ID & A Number it will be given when you go o pick up the passeport.

collected passport from Ahemdbad location. Interview was April 1st and passport reached Ahemdbad at 3rd April. we got email and txt message when passport was ready to pickup.

Did you collect the passport at pick up location or couriered it to your home address.
