Unfortunately, a lot of people lie to get asylum; and not all of Pakistan is dangerous, so you need to prove your brother cannot move to a safer area. Do NOT just rely on him talking. Bring state department reports saying it's a dangerous place/ people from your religion/ sect are being persecuted. Bring news reports, and proof others from your area/ sect have been granted asylum.

Why Don’t Judge Under Stand Present Situation Of Pakistan.

If My Brother Orally Giving His Statement Or Affidavit The Uscis Should Accept It

You're kidding, right ?

Better gather lots of evidence - if his asylum filing is condidered frivolous he will face lifetime ban from US.

Exactly how many more family members do you have that are here visiting the US and want to AOS? Might as well put them all in one thread...

When at a hearing, is best to have the attorney present.

You've mentioned an attorney, giving advice 6 years ago to simply 'pass the time'.

Where is that attorney, as of today, and what's up with the attorney engagement?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
