Well, I don't. But then I never claim to be clairvoyant. Heck, I am barely observant :)

Well I do not claim to be clairvoyant either but if anyone out there is and would like to tell us when CSC is going to speed up significantly, I would be very grateful.

Can you tell I am getting desperate for my NOA2 now? :D

Oh I am sorry, that's bad.

In your situation I think I would get married and file for Spousal Visa.

Unfortunately that did not work out for us.

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Nothing at all from the congressman. Greg is going to try call this week but he is running around all over the ranch fixing fences, building animal pens and planting the vegetables. Although I wish he had more time to chase our application, the ranch has to take priority as this will provide our main source of income.

Fingers crossed we start to see movement. A July filer from Vermont with an RFE has been approved today so would be good to see a few California ones go through after such a slow week last week.

Lol... I wish one day I can see a real ranch and not one on the TV.

At the moment it is little more than almost 600 acres of grass and trees. 6 steers, 6 goats, a few chickens and roosters and a dog is about it. We get to build it up into a profitable business but it takes time and effort.

It's very very interesting. Brian , my fiance, always longs to live in a farm. And he does have relatives who live in Oregon.

Last night I emailed the USCIS ombudsman about my concerns regarding the processing times at CSC and my pending case.

This morning, I received the same response that someone else posted on visajourney yesterday: The processing time at CSC has slipped due to other processing priorities, but they are currently moving resources to the I-129f cases. As they do so, they anticipate the processing time to decrease. (My letter said not to copy and paste it, otherwise I would have posted it here)

Here is the ombudsman email: OLUInquiries@dhs.gov

I suggest everyone write to them. No matter if you just received your NOA1 last week, or if you have been waiting months. It takes 5 minutes to write a couple of sentences about your concern regarding the processing times for K-1 fiance visas at CSC.

It seems they are finally doing something about it, and if we keep the pressure on, maybe they will realize just how bad it has gotten.
