You did a K3 visa? Did someone advise you to do that? Those visas are rare these days.

Anyway, you still have at least a few more months. Waiting is the hardest part.

And your post is confusing. You have noa2? The petitions are approved?

Btw csc would never have had your I-130. It would have went to NBC with an MSC number and then it would have been moat likely forwarded to the local uscis office by the us spouse's address.

Nothing is "faster" anymore. Everything is taking about the sme time depending on what service center you are at. K3s are pretty much obsolete now. A very few slip through the cracks. I think you should start another thread asking what you should do or what will happen if you filed a K3.

It's taking California about 10 months to adjudicate things. But, like I said, start another thread asking about the k3.

Hello VJ Family,

What does your I-129F Petition RECEIPT NUMBER start with, the first three letters ?

Thanks in advance !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

What do those beginning letters at the front of ur receipt # mean or indicate, just curious? Mines WAC

It's what service center you are at.

WAC = california service center

EAC = vermont service center

MSC = National benefits center

Texas and Nebraska have their own as well, but i'm unsure of the letters.

Yes, the notice of action letter (note: Notice Of Action) is the same as NOA1. The second letter, with your approved petition hopefully, will be your NOA2. :)
