hello. in DS-230, there are fields that are highlighted in yellow... should i leave it as it is? when i print the form?

Our GUZ number has now become a GZO number, so our case is now being processed electronically. We sent the DS-3032 form in with the OPTIN email and the EP confirmation email also confirms they received the DS-3032. When should we expect the IV invoice to become available? You'd think they would want to get their money as soon as possible...

Oh well, at least things are moving... unlike the USCIS stage.

it's quite possible the ds-3032 hasn't been detached yet and added to the casefile. If you'd like, you can chase that down with a supervisor at NVC, via telephone.

I got that case complete email at 2 am this morning am happy hope that the interview date is set soon .

Whens a good time to start calling the NVC to see if my file was received? I havn't received the hardcopy NOA2 but just curious :D

IMO, 30 days from the NOA-2, if yer USCIS receipt # starts with 'MSC'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I may be jumping the gun here, given how NVC is yet to receive our case, but can someone please tell me where do we mail the AOS packet? I've seen this address on VJ:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR AOS

But I've also seen one with 32 street number and different zip code (last 4-digits). Are we supposed to find this address somewhere on the USCIS website, or is it listed on the bar-coded coversheet we print out after paying, or do they send the mailing info when they email us AOS invoice...?

I am just curious where/when NVC actually tells us the mailing address.

Study the address on the AOS Coversheet, after you've printed it out. Use THAT address.

I have. Ordered mine online as soon as it was available at the end of February. Arrived in less than 2 weeks.

For your sister, was she able to select 2012 from the drop down list for which year's transcripts?

And the time frame varies. Once the IRS has accepted and processed the return, then it's available to order. Our return was accepted and processed within about 2 weeks. I ordered it on the very same day.

My receipt number starts with WAC but was an Atlanta transfer. I just got the hardcopy NOA2 today. I will start monday and see if they atleast received it yet :)

USCIS

08/13/2012: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox from Jordan (Nahda Office)

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

TERMINATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012.

Yeah, you need to input all the information correctly, otherwise you won't be able to request transcripts.

If it was transferred to a local office and got approved there, then expect around a month before your case arrives at NVC.
