I sent the AOS and IV packages last week. I called today and they said it has not been reviewed yet, do i keep calling to see if they have been accepted or wait for a case complete?

Also, after i get a case compelete, do i get a quicker interview date if i call daily, so would it be the same regardless of my calls?

Not when it comes a week after she knew her case was complete! :D

If you want to find out right away of case complete, then yes, keep calling daily. Remember, for non-EPers, it's not guaranteed to get a case complete email. And even if you do, it seems to be about a week delayed to receive the case complete email.

If calling daily increases the speed of getting an interview assigned, I think we'd all be calling every minute of every day. So, no, calling of course doesn't make an interview date assigned sooner. You'll find out right away though of the interview date if you call daily instead of waiting for an interview email, which is also delayed.

How many people did you call at USCIS to confirm it was indeed sent out on the 8th?

And they've ALL confirmed the same thing, that it was sent on the 8th? If so, then it's time to start calling NVC every day. It can take awhile for packages to be opened in the mailroom and appear as "received" for the operators. But it could be any day now.

Yup they've said the 8th each time he's called, I've been calling every other day so I'll continue with that till the end of the month, hopefully it will come up soon ... Thank you !

Nimz, my Houston-local filing took over six weeks to get to the NVC. I think Houston is just draggy. Keep on them though, that's perfectly all right.
