Thanks Darnell :D ....Sure will write up the Consulate review soon...the status of our case @ the CEAC website says "Issued"....so do i have to call & verify the case status with the DoS again?

DoS Hotline knows all. Is best to call them, daily, until you hear 'visa packet sent' .

Also useful to ask 'Is the casefile in additional processing or administrative review? ' each time you call.

When you hear 'visa packet sent' timetick/status from the DoS Hotline, it'll get out to the Courier next.

AP sucks. It can still be done, even after the interview. Is best to call DoS Hotline and inquire about it.

Hi all

I have a question.

After case complete, NVC forward our case to Embassy and schedule interview date

OR

NVC schedule interview date first and then forward case to Embassy.

Which one they do first?

Hey everyone, can I the beneficiary..call the NVC and give them my husbands new home address? or does he have to do it himself?

this will be captured on the DS-230.

NVC schedule interview date first and then forward case to Embassy.

False checklist? Already submitted the IV last week.

Grats on the AOS acceptance ;)

Well if you got a CC, I guess they don't need to know all of your education institutions that you attended =)

I just put down My Husband's University and High School for education...wasn't doing elementary

You're not supposed to do elementary. They want from high school and yup.

And remember, just because you have a CC doesn't mean you've passed all tests. One still needs to get through the embassy/consulate.

Wait!!!! I got this messages too (crying for both AOS & IV in separate email) but I haven't sent out anything yet. Does it mean they already accepted my AOS & IV package? just a curiosity.

If you got a checklist for packages and haven't sent the packages yet, it's in response to you paying bills.

Hey everyone, can I the beneficiary..call the NVC and give them my husbands new home address? or does he have to do it himself?

Yup, the beneficiary can certainly call NVC. I was the beneficiary and only one who called NVC.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH CASE COMPLETE CASE COMPLETE :dance::dance: HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY DANCE!!!!!!! I am freaking shaking right now! I also screamed on the phone and told the NVC lady that she was the best person EVER

Congrats!!! kicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gif Glad you decided to call ;)

Hi all

I have a question.

After case complete, NVC forward our case to Embassy and schedule interview date

OR

NVC schedule interview date first and then forward case to Embassy.

Which one they do first?

After a case complete, the case is put into queue for an interview date to be scheduled. Once the date has been scheduled, the case is sent abroad, usually the next day.
