8/16/06 Receipt Date

8/24/06 NOA

8/30/06 Touched

11/14/06 Touched (Officially 90 days have passed now)

Now I'm waiting patiently... It seems like for most applicants, AP is approved without ever being touched. Which leads me to think maybe there is a problem? I need this AP really soon and any help would be appreciated.

BTW... for people using infopass to check on status of their case... it's pretty much useless. Of course this could be a huge YMMV and who you talk to but the USCIS office Atlanta, I wasn't able to get any usual details other than what I already knew. They would not even call NBC center to see where my case was. They just said this was the latest information we had as of today and there wasn't anything they could do and just told me to wait and it will be processed accordingly. By the way... I had an 6:30am infopass appointment... drove there 2 hours... 10 mins of talking to the personnel...then drove 2 hours back to get to work. It was a huge waste of my time and didn't get anywhere close to an answer if my application is going to get approved or not.
