So this is my case, i fied the i 130 on feb 21,2013. I received the notice of action i 797, on feb,27 2013. Basically saying that it is in process. With instructions to call them tk verify if all information is correct which i did. Its been a month now, i know this process involves alot of patiencen. Should i been receiving a new notice soon? What is the next step to prepare myself? Please and thank you for your time!

if ur on f2a category, it takes 2.5 years for the complete process..

based on others timeline, when u reached ur 2yrs on ur PD u will be then receiving the Noa2..
