When I file my I-129F and I receive my NOA1, which service center is my file then sent to? Is it random or does is based on where in the US you are located? I'm in Oklahoma. I know it is a basic question, but I can't seem to find the answer. Thank you for your help.

It is based on where you live, if your recipt number begins with VSC it was sent to vermont

basically what everyone should tell you is that there is no way of knowing.. some get kept at nbc, some farmed out to service centers, some to local offices, some get sent somewhere only to be moved somewhere else, but yes it is mostly based on where you live but there are no guarentees
