I know I have a long time to wait still but I just wanted to hear from everyone here... where are you in the process? How long is the California Service Center taking? Is it possible that other K1 cases will be processed out of order of when they were received?

Cases are never processed strictly in order just generally in order. As for how LoNG is csc takin, the answer is a long time.

I know I have a long time to wait still but I just wanted to hear from everyone here... where are you in the process? How long is the California Service Center taking? Is it possible that other K1 cases will be processed out of order of when they were received?

187 day and counting....We've got hopes for an end of April approval, but we're not holding our breath. We're expecting a May approval with a real possibility of early June. However this is all just speculation on my part. The stats on this site aren't comprehensive enough to create a valid level of confidence.

237 days for us. We are praying for April, but given that CSC has done nothing for K-1 visas in literally the last 3 months, we aren't holding our breath.

This process should be 3-4 months max. Waiting 8 months is absolutely obscene. Yet we are going to hit 8 months next Saturday.

We're past the point of frustration. We've entered a zone of utter despair.

There's still a slew of people from the last half of July that haven't been approved yet. They've been sitting on them for months and months...
