Hi guys i need a help regarding my notice today and i think i made a mistake or misunderstanding filling up form i-130... i am USC petitioning my wife from philippines.. notice their were asking for termination of marriages which is we're not been married before 1st time married only.. what is the best thing to do about this problem.?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Notice that they need more documents from me and there asking that documents termination of marriages which is i never been.married or devorce both me and my wife now.. i think i made a mistake when i was filling up the form I-130...

You need to put an answer for every question. You should have written none. I wrote none and n/a and my husband wrote his ex-wife's name and the dissolution date.

I don't have the form in front of me, so I don;t know what question 11 is, but if you mistakenly indicated you were married before but in fact this is the first mariage for both of you, I would submit a new I-130 with a letter of explanation about the mistake.
