I guess I cant put in a service request till after 60 days right? I hope it doesnt get to 60 but im already at 1 month. ;[

We can, after 60. We're more than a month if based on the date RFE notice received on website. But it says within 60 days of the date they received the response, in this case we'll be exactly one month next week. :whistle: . I just noticed CSC, approves right away for those with RFEs, just a matter of days or a week. Yes, maybe VSC go back and forth, now they are approving Septembers again.

I filed an e-request, and this is the email response I got:

"On April 4, 2013, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-129F petition to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application."

SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
