How long did it take to get NO2 after RFE?

Still waiting for my no2 after they received my reply march 5th at vermont. i feel its taking longer then most people on here. What about you guys?

We responded to an RFE on March 12th- still waiting too. However, we're outside of normal processing times, so I've put in a service request. Hoping that will help speed things along. Best of luck to you!

hi how did you ask for the service request? just call the "800" number? we called, but i guess it does not work, they just told us that keep waiting~~ they got our intent to marry letters on march 19th, we are still waiting~~~

wow really?then we're so lucky i guess..according to uscis website they mailed us rfe march 12..received hard copy march 16th and mailed our reply march 19..we get our noa2 today..7 days after they received it as reflected on our case status..hope you receive your noa2 soon too!!Our rfe is my fiance forget to answer I129f form part c question two..maybe its a case to case basis too..

It depends on the RFE, if it's just missing a couple of blocks on the forms it could go fast.

Still, 3 weeks passed by you should be really close.

Vermont received ours on 3/8. We are still waiting as well.

Re the service request: because we are outside of normal processing times, I was able to put in the request and they have to respond within 15 days. I simply called the 800 number and asked the representative to do it. A response means they have to update you on where you stand, not necessarily a decision. At this point, after waiting almost 9 months, any movement/information is good!! I was actually EXCITED to get the RFE because we had been waiting 7 months and had heard nothing (and at the time were still within "normal processing times"). I do call at least 1x a week to check on things and always request to speak to a Tier 2 representative. It doesn't always get me new information, but at least they see that I'm trying and eager for my case to be approved. I am also working with my Congressmen's office and have my lawyer call in occasionally. I don't know if it helps, but I figure the more activity looking into my case, the better. Good for you received their response for us we already sent our RFE reply to Baltimore local office last Feb. 27th until now we did not receive confirmation that they have our RFE reply. My husband called them they answered to wait because they are waiting for the local office of Baltimore to send our RFE reply.

It took 56 days for our case. (RFE replied back to Vermont in Jan 29th and Got NOA2 in Mar 25th)

FYI, Our RFE was very simple. They couldn't locate one of my doc,and asked to send it to them again.

They received our response March 11, and we're still waiting... We missed one question( yes or no) and we re submit both our intent letters( maybe they lost our copies). Just these two things,.. i guess its just an easy/simple RFE.
