Hello everyone!!!!!,

a new thread has just been opened for JUNE 2013 INTERVIEWS and may 2013 case completes biggrin.png .

As is the custom since inception of this tracking, we have taken out the February cases.

August (yemen) and December cases(guatamala) were left in place to give members of those regions an idea of their wait times. I hear it takes YEMEN that long to schedule their datesyes.gif ...afterall this thread was created to answer that question of "how long after case complete are we assigned an interview date".

Lets all move over and HAPPY POSTING AND UPDATING!!!!goofy.gif

So sry about my last post. I meant Ndu and Den.My question is this. Our case was recently closed on April 8th and my husabnd's interview is June 21st. We filed i130 in sept 2012 but we got married in July 2012. i havent visited since last july when I went for the wedding because I have been in school.I took fall, winter and spring classes. Im getting ready to take summer classes too. Plus im not financially buoyant at this time.Do you guys think it would be a problem for my husband. If he is asked when last did I visit since it is not up to a year and if yes what can we do?

Thank you for your anticipated reply. Meanwhile pls how do I add my interview date to the thread?

You have been added to the June interview thread.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428289-june-2013-interviews/page-3

Now since you will be in Lagos and Lagos likes visits and time together and you only been there once and married first visit this is what you need to load husband up with for interview.

Make sure he has your enrollment sheet (I would get from admissions and have notarized or official seal) to show you were in class.

That way they can see. Explain you coulen come for winter or spring break because of finiancial issues. I would assume you have a co-sponsor. Because you are a student it shouldnt be that bad.

just hope you suppkied the casefile with ample evidence to show a bonafide marriage with pictures of you with friends and family and affidavits and IM's and good communications.

All the best to you.

Thank you! Have a nice flight!smile.png

Thank you, we actually did :-) Everything went very smooth, immigration at the port of entry was easy and fairly quick (15 minutes or so), the IO asked how did we meet and if I'm happy immigrating today' took my fingerprints electronically and then asked me to sign some forms, took my fingerprints on a form (one finger from right hand). He informed me about the removal of the conditions process and welcomed me to US, game me my x-ray back and that was it :-)

We have been APPROVED!!! :D

Congrats!!!!
