How can we make a complaint to Office of Inspector General (OIG)/U.S. Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors and how much it is helpful if we make a complaint to yhis office , is there anyone who has any kind of experience.I am under AP since july 28, 2010 so i decided to send this office an email regarding the long delay and mismanagement of my case.

Any kind of experience or response in this regrad will be helpful for me and most of the viewers.

i think that if this office takes action against the DOS in effective manner the unnecessary delays in our visas will be reduced.
