Visit from ph to Mexico for medical purposes

My soon to be fiancée has told me of a medical condition that might be life threatening and she is awaiting a brief period to take the proper test to confirm the diagnosis/illness. We plan on marrying in march of 2014. As far as I know the medical treatment in the Philippines cannot compare with whats a available in Mexico. She wants to file for spouse visa but in the meantime does anyone know how she can leave the Philippines and stay in Mexico for treatment that may save her life? We haven't started paperwork yet because we haven't met yet but we both know know we want to be married.

If she knows the place in Mexico where she wants to get treatment she should contact them directly and see what are their requirements for treating foreign nationals in their facility. Or perhaps look for a local organization in the Phillipines which deals with difficult medical cases that can't be treated in the country. Good luck !

Day 59 03/21/2013 Interview at 10.30 am Seattle Approved

Day 67 03/29/ 2013 Greencard Arrived . Applied for SSN

Day 68 03/30/2013 EAD arrived

Day 74 04/03/2013 SSN card arrived

Eligible for ROC December 21st 2014
