Everything that was sent to IRS has to be in the I-864. Thats why its better to just order the tax transcripts it has everything .

About setting up a domicile, does it have to be the same address that we've put down in the i-130 form?(adddress in US where your relative intends to live in) ....I have an adress with bank statements and my driver's license registered in it, can I use it? but this same address is the one that my father lives in but he is not a legal immigrant yet.

in case if I get a lease contract under my name can it be a diferent address as the one in the I-130?

sorry for bothering with so many questions...

Yes it can be different. What the main point of all this is you to show immigration that you intend to come and setup a life here.

Kids registration in school. Or your enrollment in college or accetance letter to school. Job offer or job applications. Just showing some things from that list.

Usually residence, bank account, voter registration, drivers license is good.

A job or seeking employment is even better.

And you are no bother. Nothing wrong with asking.

I am sure more people will chime in who actually had to do this.

If you asked these domicile questions on the NVC filers thread you will get more expert info. Especially from the Canadians who have strict domicile setup.
