HELLO, I came to the states with a 6 month tourist visa in May 28 2012.

I got married to my husband, a us citizen on November 19 2012.

My status expired on 28 November

Now I am just starting the procedures to change my status and everything else that is needed.

I have questions regarding the I-485 form.

When my husband was filling the forms for our marriage he wrote that I would take his name.

1)in I-485 form I am asked to fill my family name, should it be my maiden name or my new( husband's) name???

My status expired on 28 November

2) IS IT my "current USCIS Status" ??

3) on Part 2 the right answer is a ??

4) on Part 3 ,B, I write my husband's info and in "applying with you" what is the answer???

thank you in advance soooo much!
