Today I had my interview for adjustment for Green Card. Our interview went great even the officer was laughing about our honeymoon pictures. The interview was 30 minutes long all the questions were ask to me, they just ask my husband what are the names of my parents and siblings and what I do for living.Everything was great but then they ask me if somebody apply for me before. I was married before and he did sponsor me for my greencard, we have the first interview where they didn't ask us anything and then after a year we had the stokes interview where we have some wrong answers. The truth is we had too many problems since we get married and we were more focus in saving our relationship so when we went for our interview we were not prepared and fighting all the time, we divorced 2 years after in 2008.Today the officer told me that everything look perfect but before they approve me they need to review my previous file and they will send me and answer by mail. That anybody had the same situation any thoughts.

I just get the text on my phone that they approved me. Today I had my interview at 9:15 they call us at 9:40 am. They asked me my complete name what do I do and when was the last time that I enter the USA.They asked my husband the name of my parents and my sisters then they asked him what I do for life and where do I work? as well since when I worked there and what I used to do before. She checked my pictures and start to smile when she saw my honeymoon pictures in Puerto Rico.

She asked me if had apply before for a green card, I told her my ex husband apply for me but they denied my case. She ask what happen and I told her that as we were having too many problems in our marriage we didn't prepare well for the interview. Then she told me that she will send me an answer by mail that she first need to see my previous file.We left and we did;t know how long will take, at 5pm I get a text that my card is in production.

Thank you so much for all your help.
