I'm not sure that's accurate. Being a LPR, if you stay out of the country for more than a year, your residency can still expire. You need to spend more time in the States than outside of it in order for it to remain valid.

Someone to confirm this?

No if you stay out of the US for more than 6 months in any given year you green card can be revoked. not expired. The USCIS has the right to take away you LPR status if they see you are not actually living in the US. This 6 months does not have to be concurrent, if the total time you spend outside the country in any given year totals 180 days you take a very big chance of losing your greencard.

So once I remove them, I'll be a permanent resident I mean I'll have a green card which is valid for l0 years, right?

Then I'll be able to stay out of the country and come back here as I want...

absolutely not. If you live in Jordan and only come back to the US occasionally, the USCIS can and will most likely revoke(take away) your green card. Your green card is not a visitor visa, you are REQUIRED to live in the US. If CBP sees that you are outside the US more than you are inside they can deny entry and revoke your green card on the spot. Once divorced you must remove conditions right away and prove that your marriage was in good faith. After being married only 3 months that won't be very easy. But if you stay married until you remove conditions only to get a 10 year green card at this point would be fraud. fraud.

Does all of that affect me when I will apply for the citizenship?

I mean the divorce

Legal residents married to USA citizens can apply for citizenship after 3 years, with enough time in the USA. When you're not married to a USA citizen, the wait is 5 years. There are also limits on how much you can be out of the country during this waiting period. Too long and it resets the wait.
