i just looked and there are a few NOA2 reports this morning. Is this a fluke or are they really getting after it all of a sudden?? One end of July and one August 10th. I hope to see a lot more of those updates today. Congrats to all of you who are making progress.

CSC is still being pushed and not really moving. Both of those NOA2's are a result of them getting help from a congressional inquiry.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

When you click on "Home", they are posts in "Today's popular immigration discussions". That's at least where I saw three of them!! I really hope they are hurrying up!! I applied in August and still waiting :(

I really dislike this erratic behavior of CSC. I am July 26th and I am just feeling like I really need to have my Congressman do a Congressional Inquiry to get some results. I filed a case with the Ombudsman's office yesterday. I had refrained from using any outside help, but this is getting ridiculous. My fiancee has been suffering from issues which I rather not describe here and it is sad that I cannot do anything to speed up the process, not to mention a deployment that is looming over me soon. Only solace I have is I am going to India for a week in May. But that is still too short.

Well, 3 so far for yesterday. We need to see a consistent uptick in the average before I would declare the CSC moving in a significant way. Even 3 a day is "under-processing", but it is at least better than it has been if that would be the case.

maybe they accidentally worked yesterday and those escaped the prison cage where all our files are being held :D

how mean of them to actually show remote signs of having done something :o

just kidding haha, but seriously, i do hope they start moving again soon, getting a bit frustrated not being able to plan anything for the summer and end of kids school year.. kinda need to know since i have to plan work time off too hmm....

As for delays and stuff at the CSC. If you haven't seen the thread regarding sending letters to the Director. Head over here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/421413-how-many-supporters-are-here/page__st__60

We're hoping to send letters to the Director starting Monday 1st April. We have a template letter which can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TkQGEsuhb9-THqopSCVcNGESQEJSR1hKEQGjo5iPEj0/edit but you're welcome to write your own personal one if you wish.

Hopefully by flooding the director with letters showing our disapproval of the unacceptable wait time, something will be done to stop it spiraling more out of control than it already has.

K1 Timeline:

15th Feb 2013 - Mailed I-129F to CSC
21st Feb 2013 - NOA1

4th Jun 2013 - NOA2

7th Aug 2013 - Medical

5th Sep 2013 - Interview

4th Dec 2013 - POE SFO

They are hardly moving again, CSC was closed for two days and given they are supposedly able to take work home, if the .05 of a person that still processes the K-1's did any work from home or the local bar 3 approvals in 3 days is nothing and slower than last week. VSC is moving relatively quickly but still not inside 5 months and approved 8 in one day earlier this week and usually has more than 20 approvals a week from members of this site alone, whereas CSC struggles to get 6 approvals in one week and has done so since November. Strangely enough they are capable of approving around 30,000 illegal aliens a month, if they only did this for one month for k-1 applicants and make the criminals wait a WHOLE EXTRA MONTH!!!! Which would be extremely difficult for these poor suffering law breakers, CSC could clear the national backlog in one hit.

We unfortunately don't have pickup trucks full of people not afraid to commit voter fraud to produce votes for an election favorably.
