Something is wrong with the way the Country Portal page is being displayed

The page width is twice the size as normal. This only seems to be happening in Firefox. It is displaying ok in IE8. I am using Firefox 19.0.2. See screenshot below:

Fixed. There was a url that was quite long in a topic and it caused the display to stretch a bit.
