my husband filed i130 for me july 17 2012 at the vermont service centre but I've not being approved. Although I checked their website n dey are already dealing with july 2012 filers. Are dey goin to deal with d whole of july b4 sendin out mails of approval to every1 or dey send out d mails according to d day by day?

I believe due to the issue of Immigration reform in Congress, might be the one of the reason why is taking too long, actually vermont service center normally take longer time than California service center. I believe Vermont service center take between 10months to 12 months while the California only takes 5 months before the application get approved. You can go to uscis.gov for more detail.
