Hello I came to the States on 28 May 2012. I married my husband on 19 November 2012. In September 2012 I moved in with my husband.

Now I am trying to file out the G-325 ...

questions;

1) What should I Write on the field

File number A on the G-325? This is your Alien registration #. You should find your A# in your visa or uscis documents.

2)The applicant's last address outside the United States and the applicant's residence last five years isn't the same? No. Write down your last address OUTSIDE of the USA where you lived more than 1yr...THEN you LIST the addresses you lived at the last five years in order, beginning with the PRESENT address and going back five yrs.

3) When my husband was filling out the forms for our wedding he wrote that I would take his last nsme. Should I file the form with my last name or my new (my husband's) last name? You can write your married name (husband's name). THEN right under that the form asks for "other names used". You can then write down your MAIDEN name and/or any other names you have used in the past.

thank you

This form is quite easy to fill and self explanatory, so don't overthink the answers. Best of luck to you!
