Missing Documents Checklist from NVC

OK so even though i have already sent the I 864 form stating that I'm not currently employed and in the past I've only had 3 seasonal jobs so i was never eligible to fill income tax they still sent this checklist! My mom's finance is our sponsor!

My question is what should i do?

Also since my sponsor and I sent our I 864 forms separately do you think this checklist was sent to me because they haven't combined my packet yet?

laws for any/all of the 3 most recent tax years. (Residence outside of the U.S. or retirement does not exempt a

U.S. Citizen or LPR from filing a Federal tax return. Individuals who were required to file a Federal tax return but

failed to do so are advised to file late returns.

It could be that they didn't see your co-sponsors information. Also, you need to attach a written explanation saying you only had three seasonal jobs. Make sure to sign the written explanation!! Very important!! If you have proof like pay stubs or a W-2 that would be helpful, but if not just state how much you made and attach it to the IRS publication here as proof: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p501.pdf

Attach the part that says "Who must file taxes" and highlight the situation that relates to you. I am in the same situation but haven't gotten approved for the I-130 yet!
