Take a look at Igor's List from CSC, a majority of the approvals are from western European countries, UK is not a security threat so the process is fairly quick.

The majority of approvals occurred before 18th of July 2012, everybody from everywhere was getting fast approvals before that date. Now regardless of what country the fiance is from everyone is waiting 7-8 months.

Yea it's just going to get worse, like at CSC... they were closed Monday and Tuesday due to a flooding problem, closed Friday for Good Friday and Monday I believe for Cesar Chavez Day, they haven't had an approval since Wednesday, the backlog must be insane over there if they are barely churning out late July applications, I'm 6.6 months tomorrow so I am going to go nuts with phone calls and letters.
