Hello all,

I have recently gotten notification for our appointment for biometrics in regards to I-485 and I-765 application. What exactly will happen when we go there? What will I need and what may I need?

Sorry if this is a repeat post, I've tried searching the AOS-family forums for this topic with no luck.

They will take your fingerprints and picture. Bring your appointment notice, your passport, and your marriage certificate in case the name on your notice and the name on your passport don't match.

It's pretty easy and quick. :)

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Yep, pretty straightforward and painless.... :thumbs:

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
