I'm literarily shaking as I can't beleive this stroke of good luck. I feel for those that are still waiting and who were in line before us but this is also my second go at bat as we had a K1 denial b

Thanks everyone but I'm still curious why I never heard about the I-129F.

Should I be worried?

Shipment and routing takes time, alas. Figure 6 to 24 months.

If you were at CSC for that I-129F, you actually may never hear of it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

9/20/2012 - Interview scheduled - October 3!!!!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

10/12/2012 - I-130 APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

Day 035: 01/21/13 - RFE sent to USCIS.
Day 039: 01/25/13 - RFE received by USCIS.
Day 043: 01/29/13 - Interview ready for scheduling.
Day 056: 02/11/13 - EAD & AP approved.
Day 064: 02/19/13 - EAD/AP combo card received!
