Wifes Family Asking For $ Advice

What's so hard for you to understand? Your inlaws all understand that you can't afford to send money, yet you allowed yourself to be manipulated by them. It's as simple as that.

On a side note, you seem to have questionable money-management skills. For example, while you were living with your family you pretended that you had extra money and you sent it to your inlaws, yet now you're living paycheck to paycheck. I would call that poor budgeting.

By the way, do you have money in the bank in your emergency account to cover at least six months of living expenses? Are you fully funding your retirement account? Are you saving money to start your family? Is school going to cost anything, or will it lower your income in any way?

I hope you will take into account all of your current and future financial responsibilities before you give away any more money that you don't have.
