It doesn't seem that anyone who speaks English can efficiently help the OP :)

How long ago did your wife apply for a k-3 visa? When were you denied? Or were you just given a 221g? You said you married in 2009, that was 4 yrs ago , and you are just now attempting to respond to being refused now that she has surgery and needs your assistance? Or am I totally confusing what you have written?

oui shedid k3 but i get rufis now she is sick and she need assestanse

Yes of course but the OP clearly doesn't understand much English. I think this should have been moved to the regional forum because he may have been able to receive better help. But his visa interview is tomorrow so I guess it's a moot point. With a previous immigrant visa refusal, very doubtful he'll be able to get a non-immigrant visa to see/care for his wife.

Nobody can help him without knowing when he was refused and why. Seems its pretty obvious that he doesn't understand english very well which didn't help in proving a valid relationship. Did he state when he was denied ? I"m curious to know the outcome of this, if anything , I'm just curious that they were married in 2009 and just now trying to fight the denial by an expedite for medical reasons.

OOOHHHH it's mozmoz. I hate how people can change their names on here

Thanks Penguin :)

The OP has one of those cases that really make me wonder. I mean, he's been married to an American since 2007, a member of this forum since 2010 and yet his English never improved and he [probably] never once directed his wife, who does speak English, to this site. Curious. Very curious...

I saw one of his replies to someone, and he said he was from the phillipines??? It's all very confusing to me also, but then again its hard to understand the whole picture.

I would be totally insane if my husband wasn't with me since 2007, I did see some posts where there were entries on his name but addressing everyone as if it were his wife, and the english wasn't good also? Was it the OP saying he was the wife or does the wife not speak english well also??? Totally confusing to me and I can only imagine how confused the consular must be....I guess we'll see tomorrow when he posts the result of his meeting/interview..
