u must have visa to enter us obligatory because ther is a lot of parents in us more than 20 years and their children couldn t see them if they didn t show strong ties to return to morroco or any country

consulate know just visa

u have to apply for tourist visa my be it will be approuved and in your interview consular officer will ask u why would u like to travel to us ? u tell him the truth

she has to send u douments from hospital that she has surgey and they will verify because be sure that consulate need to show proove ther is wifes who waited four years and they reject their tourist visa because they didn t show strong ties to reurn to their country

your solution is tourist visa and bring at your interview all documents necessary with papers of medical of your spouse but be sur that u must proove to consular that u will return to your country .

im spouse of lawful permanent resident and i applied for tourist visa when my husband was in hospital he was alone their and he lives alone he was in difficult situation i told to consular that i want to see just my husband because he is ill it was ramadan and was difficult for him to go to hospital he has no family their all his family in morroco the consular didn t give me the visa and i was working as an accountant in morroco and my husband has a good job and salary their they refuse my visa because they beleive that ill not return

now i have interview for f2a inchallah next months to pick up visa and ill join my husband i have waited for my visa tree years

so nobody can help u just if they give u tourist visa it will be ok that s the solution . wish to u good luck don t forget addou3aa d3i m3aha bchifaa

first of all, please don;t use caps IT IS YELLING, and secondly slow down. Your post and your English is very difficult to understand. The only thing I can understand is that your wife is in the hospital and that you have to go to the embassy on Monday. Other than that I cannot understand your question. And this is the K-1 forum, you are in the wrong place

Moved from K-1 process forums to CR1 Process forums as the OP is married and not filing a K-1.

OK - sure - I can get to the hospital in the morning, and report back here.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Well, it sounds like something good considering you have a meeting. What they will do concerning the visa, I personally don't know, but good luck!

luckily, he's another topic here today, explaining more, with another member translating more,

and in the end, basically, he's going into the Consulate on Monday (because he was invited to ) and talk with a Vice-Consul.

Hopefully, we'll all know more when he posts back the result of his Vice-Consul interview.

I hope all goes well for him !

Are you saying your interview on MOnday is not for the spousal visa, but for a tourist visa to go see her for a short time? If so, bring ties to your home country.

my wife have serjery in hosptel send me papers that she need me as assistance to her because my wife live alone , i email this to consulatin fiday same day consulat call me and they send me that

Following your request, you are scheduled for an interview on Monday, April 01 at 8:00 a.m. Most importantly, please note that obtaining an expedited appointment does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa. You must still meet the normal requirements for all visa applicants. Please check our website at http://morocco.usembassy.gov for the documents needed and bring a copy of this email on the day of the interview.

can you advice me please ! do you think that i will get visa to go take cares for my wife ?

what kind of visa i need to ask ?waiting your answer,

No one here can tell you exactly what the embassy will do. Your case is as they all are, unique. The problem in Morocco is fraud. The officers are very good at detecting fraud so in your case if the documents are correct and the info you have leads them to believe you are telling the truth you have a chance. This means you will be able to identify the quality of your relationship for example.

I suggest you review every case related to Morocco here on V J that you can find.

You could be issued a C R 1 visa.

What visa did you apply for or ask the embassy about? If it's a B2/tourist then there probably was an application you need to fill out and bring proof that you intend to return to Morocco like a letter from your employer that you have a job, bank statements, proof of assets, your wife's medical records and/or a doctor's note explaining why she is getting surgery, and anything else that shows them you intend to go back home before the visa expires. If you already have a CR-1/IR-1 application in progress then look at the guides section of this site to find out what you need to bring. Since you requested an expedited appointment then you should also collect your wife's medical records and note from her doctor or surgeon. Act quickly though because your appointment is day after tomorrow.

Despite your circumstances, there is no guarantee you will be granted a visa. If you are not able obtain the visa or if your case is put in AP, your wife will just have to arrange for nursing care for after her surgery. There are many home health companies offering such services. Good luck to you.
